To post an advertisement (employment available, employment wanted or buy and sell*) on the OAC website, send an email** to canada@opticians.ca containing the exact wording of your advertisement, or complete the form located below and send it to the OAC office via facsimile or standard mail.
* The buy and sell section is allocated for advertising dispensary sales, equipment sales and dispensary space for lease.
** If you are sending an advertisement via email, please include your first and last name and whether or not you are an OAC member.
Classified Advertisement Form
Ads can be sent via email, fax, or standard mail to the OAC office, however, must include payment (if applicable). Ads will not be edited and will be posted with the exact same wording as they are received. Ads will not be posted, unless payment is received.
Payment can be made via VISA, Mastercard, cheque or money order.
Ads are posted online within 1 - 5 business days of receipt of the Ad. Ads will remain posted online for a total of two (2) months, unless the individual who posted the Ad requests that it be removed sooner.

** Students are non-licensed individuals currently registered in an Optical Program or just recently graduated
Disclaimer: The Opticians Association of Canada reserves the right to remove any ads the content of which or the provenance of which is found to be questionable. In such case any monies paid for the ad will be reimbursed.
